Size vs Moon: Cash Prizes, Leverage and Trading Games Compared
A prize multiplier and leverage measure different things. Compare the game, market exposure, money at risk and possible rewards.
By Size team
Size and Moon.com both let you make decisions about market movements, but the result works differently. Size is a trading survival game using a simulated balance, with cash or simulated funded-account prizes. Moon describes leveraged market wagers whose result depends on price movement and position exposure.
The key buyer question is whether you want a trading game with scoring and eliminations or a leveraged directional wager. A Size cash-prize multiplier and Moon leverage measure different things. Neither guarantees a win.
Size vs Moon: compare the experience
| Question | Size | Moon.com |
|---|---|---|
| What do I enter? | A trading survival game. | A leveraged market wager. |
| What do I decide? | Virtual trades within game scoring and stage objectives. | Market direction, wager amount and leverage. |
| What determines the result? | Final score, rank and the selected game’s winning conditions. | Position price movement, exposure and applicable charges. |
| What does the multiplier mean? | The selected total cash prize relative to entry. | Leverage changes exposure relative to the wager. |
| What can I lose? | The paid challenge entry; free practice has no paid entry. | Moon states that loss is capped at the original wager. |
| What can I receive? | A selected cash prize or simulated funded account under its rules. | The wager’s result under Moon’s terms. |
Cash-prize multiplier vs leverage
In Size, multiplying the entry by the selected cash multiplier calculates the displayed total prize. A $10 entry at 2× pays $20 on a qualifying win, including the original entry and before additional charges. It does not mean you opened a $20 market position.
A larger selected prize multiplier means a harder Size cash challenge. It does not tell you a probability of winning. Review entry, difficulty and the winning conditions before paying; virtual trading profits are separate from the cash award.
Leverage instead changes market exposure relative to the amount supporting a position. In a simplified illustration, $10 at 10× creates $100 of exposure. A 1% price movement corresponds to $1 of price gain or loss before costs and other rules. This illustrates exposure, not a guaranteed Moon execution or payout.
Market wager or crypto trading game?
Moon’s leverage guide describes choosing a wager and leverage, with a maximum-loss price at which the wager closes. Small adverse market moves can matter more when exposure is high. Read its current charges and product terms before using the service.
Size’s crypto trading game uses a simulated balance. You build your score, follow boost objectives and survive elimination stages against skill-rated bots. Check the markets available in the selected game. A correct market call does not, on its own, establish that you won.
Cash or funded-account prize?
Size uses the same survival game for its two prize choices. A cash challenge awards the selected cash prize when you meet the winning rules. A funded challenge awards the selected simulated account; eligible account profits can qualify for later cash payouts under separate account conditions.
The standard winning rules require first place, a positive final score and the selected game’s conditions. Surviving alone is insufficient. Game profits do not become withdrawable cash or carry into funded-account earnings. Read cash entry and prize rules and game rules.
Which format fits what you want?
Choose the experience by its objective. A leveraged market wager expresses a directional view through exposure. A trading game adds score, rank, stages and a defined game result. Those are useful differences to understand before comparing headline multipliers.
To see Size’s format, try free practice. It has no cash or funded prize. Then explore cash-prize trading challenges or simulated funded-account challenges if you want to consider paid play.
