# Your first game

Start with a free game and earn XP. No deposit is needed.

## Sign in

1. Open [Size](https://size.club) and sign in.
2. Choose an available email, social, or wallet sign-in option.
3. Read and accept the signup terms.
4. Open **Learn** for an introduction to the game.

Your account includes a wallet for deposits, purchases, prizes, and payouts.

## Start playing

1. Open game selection and choose **Practice**, or a $0 entry where shown.
2. Choose your difficulty.
3. Review the selection and start.

Watch your position, rank, and stage boost. A position is an open trade. Your rank shows where you stand before the next elimination. A boost adds points every second while you meet its objective.

See [Game rules](/docs/gameplay/game-rules.md) for the stage schedule and winning result.

## After the game

Every game earns XP toward your account level. XP is separate from your game score. Free play has no cash or funded-account prize. Review your placement, game report, and account progress. Choose **Play again** to return to selection.

When you're ready for paid play, choose [cash](/docs/cash-games/entry-and-prizes.md) or [a funded account](/docs/funded/choose-an-account.md) as your reward. Review the entry cost and prize before starting.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://www.size.club/docs/start/first-game.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
